Returns Policy for Bradweld Fabrications Ltd

Returns & Cancellations

You may return or exchange an item, under the following conditions:
- You have 14 days from the receipt of your goods to cancel your order.
- The goods must be returned to us at Bradweld Fabrications Ltd, Lyntown Trading Estate, Old Wellington Road, Eccles, Manchester. M30 9QG, without undue delay, and in any event, not later than 14 calendar days from the day you notify us of your cancellation.
- The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

- Custom orders such as steel cut to specific dimensions or requirements are not eligible for return.
- Stainless steel splashbacks, once cut to a customer’s specification, cannot be returned unless they are damaged, faulty, or the incorrect items were sent. Orders for these items cannot be cancelled once they have been cut, even if they have not yet been dispatched.
- We do not accept returns of roof edge protection systems or powder-coated products unless they are faulty or incorrect.
- Blackened tube clamp products and Copper & Brass effect clamps are also non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.
- Returns of items that are part of a multi-item pack may be at our discretion and, if accepted, will be refunded at the lowest unit price listed on our website.

 

Additional Terms

- For non-faulty items, the cost of return shipping must be borne by you. This includes items ordered in error or no longer needed.
- If you cancel an order for powder-coated products before dispatch, you may be subject to charges if costs have been incurred.
- If returning items reduces your order below our free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
- Special made-to-order items such as items produced via laser cutting or plasma cutting cannot be cancelled or returned as they are made to your specifications.

Refunds

- Refunds include the cost of standard shipping but exclude premium delivery costs if opted for initially.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
- We will issue refunds using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless agreed otherwise.

 

Right to Cancel

- You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
- The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
- To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement using the contact details provided above. You may use the model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

 

Effects of Cancellation

- Upon cancellation, all payments received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of non-standard delivery), will be reimbursed.
- We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the goods if the loss results from unnecessary handling by you.

Returning Goods

- Goods should be returned to Bradweld Fabrications Ltd, Lyntown Trading Estate, Old Wellington Road, Eccles, Manchester. M30 9QG., without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
